What types of interviews can I practice?
Behavioral, coding, AI-assisted coding, code comprehension, system design and technical interviews, plus product (strategy and sense), data science and data engineering rounds. You choose the role, interview type and difficulty, and can add a job profile so the interviewer relates its questions to that job.
Can I upload my resume for personalized questions?
Yes, on every plan. Create a job profile with your resume and the job description, then pick it when you set up an interview: the interviewer relates its questions to that job and to your experience. A Prep Path goes further and builds a whole practice plan from it.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 4 full AI voice interviews of any type, with every feature and scored feedback, and no credit card. It is a free plan rather than a timed trial: your interviews don't expire.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Paid plans are coming soon. When they launch, you'll be able to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time and keep access until the end of your billing period, with no hidden fees or long-term contracts. The Free plan needs no card, so there's nothing to cancel.
Do you offer refunds?
Paid plans aren't available yet, so there's nothing to refund today. When they launch, they'll come with a 7-day money-back guarantee: if you're not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact our support team for a full refund.
Is my data secure?
Your privacy and security are our top priorities. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share your personal information or interview recordings with third parties. You can delete your data at any time from your account settings.
What devices and browsers are supported?
PrepLinx works on all modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. For the best voice interview experience, we recommend using Chrome on desktop with a good microphone.
Do I need any special equipment?
Just a device with a microphone. Headphones are recommended: with laptop speakers, the microphone can pick up the interviewer's voice. A quiet room helps the AI understand your answers, and you can test your microphone before each interview.
